A Surprise for Dad or (Mom)!

Portrait Sessions as Birthday Gifts!

Portrait Sessions are great gifts for moms and dads, and the significant other in your life. Like looking like a superhero? One of my clients was just that — when she planned an entire Photo Shoot of her two kids, selected the products, had a canvas made for her husband’s office, and presented it to him on his birthday! As a Surprise!!

I love it when my clients plan a Portrait Session as a surprise! What a great birthday gift!! And then she sent me this awesome testimonial: (which makes her even more of a superhero…)

“The photographs look wonderful! My husband said the one of Justin leaning on the post is one of the best pictures of him ever. He really was positively present, happy and relaxed for that shoot and that never happens. Thanks again for the lovely session.”

Engagement Session at a Winery in Livermore

When my clients approached me to do their Engagement Session at a Winery, I was super-excited! I scouted wineries in Livermore to find the perfect setting for their Session. Romantic and relaxed, it was exactly the experience they were looking for!

And the Dog

They also wanted to have their dog included in some of the pictures, so we headed to a park nearby afterwards for portraits with their beloved four-legged furry pet – Barney. I often incorporate different locations to give my clients the custom session and experience they are looking for.

Arlie’s Fundraiser 2016

This Photo Story on Arlie Gino Smith and his wife Shari Smith – is a story of inspiration at many levels. When I found out last year that Arlie had been diagnosed with cancer and multiple sclerosis, and had been fundraising for the last 20 years, I felt compelled to share his story. I did so last year as a Blog post, and this year I am sharing a new photo story on him in video format.

Please help Arlie raise money for UCSF Children’s Hospital Oakland. Visit www.UCSFkids.org to donate.
You can also Friend him on Facebook – Arlie Gino Smith.
Thank You!
